Love that fact that I get too see my out of town peeps up here though. Big time bonus to these shows. Of course, even better when you get to doit with our hometown friends too! And getting to spend more time with Grizzly – Every second is a true gift!

Duper is still rocking’ the ring and took WD and BOW for another point – YAHOO!!! Tipsy got first and no love beyond but it’s ok – she’s sill a baby! We got a long way to got with her 🙂

I got to handle so may fun dogs today!! A beagle, ridgeback and a Pomeranian. But what made today extra special? Getting to watch a dear friend get a Group 1 in owner-handled and then cheer her on in Best in Show! Congrats Stephanie!!!!!!

Today’s “other breed” was Pomeranian! Love me some Poms for sure. That and when the Java truck is at the show because that’s when I can actually stick to my diet, eat protein shakes yummy tuna salad. It inspired me to find the Ocala Planet Fitness! Not as far away as the Brooksville one – Thank GOODNESS!!!

Tonight I had to drive to the hotel and then bathe Tipsy in the hotel tub. She’s used to the luxury of the facilities at home. This is a true induction to dog show life my darling! You handled it like a champ!

But that didn’t stop Mr. Duper from doing his thing and getting Winner’s Dog and Best of Winners! Tipsy got second in her class but she walked on frozen ground – that’s a win to me!!!!

Rounded out my day at the show with getting watch Michelle rock the dachshund ring again! SO proud of her!!!!

Tonight I got my workout in – Took me 40 minute to get to the gym this time!!! But so worth it! Ended the evening hang out with Sandy, eating keto and talking Staffy Bulls. PERFECT evening!! Geared up for day three…..

Of course, I also have  share that the first day Tipsy’s second show weekend was also memorable. Still cold as ever here in Brooksville and she able to get first place in her class AND Reserve!!! LOVE HER!!!

I wasn’t the only one who had a great day at the show today! Arvid brought Salt for everyone to love on – He’s a cutie! I got to watch Michelle take it ALLin the dachshund ring – SO excited for her! And I got to see so many friends from near and far! I love this circuit!!

But I will tell you the feistiness of Georgie was definitely handed down to his daughter. Having Georgie and Tipsy together can be a bit exhausting at times. They NEVER stop!

Tipsy was a real trooper. Granted, I had to buy her a little jacket – the most expensive jacket I have ever purchased for a 4 pound dog in my life – but it did the job by keeping her warm enough to walk around the ring to earn her 1st place!

The temperatures dropped further and further today – so much so that I was bundled the majority of the day and stayed as close to the portable heaters as possible!

While Tipsy went Reserve (so proud) Stella got Winner Bitch for the points!!! Go Stella! So unbelievably proud of her. She has comes such a long way!

We had another day of successful walking around the ring with no competition but today the temperatures started to drop and there was a definite nip in the air. I didn’t stay cold for too long though. Parker wanted to hang with Auntie James (that’s what she calls me) and I can tell you that she keeps me young for sure!

I was running and running and RUNNING and then I ran some more when I finally found the closest Planet Fitness. Unfortunately it happens to be over 30 minutes away! Well worth the drive though – I got in a double workout!
