All of the weekly conformation classes have really paid off! Alexis and Teddy did so awesome in Juniors today! She followed every instruction given by the judge, she smiled and looked at the judge, she baited perfectly and I swear, I don’t care if she was the only Novice Intermediate in the ring – She EARNED that first place!
With her first, she was able to reenter the ring for Best Junior Handler. I am sure that she was anticipating some of the major patterns that the Masters do. We could all see how thrilled she was when she again followed the directions and did a down-and-back, stopping midway to self stack. In the ring with all of these accomplished kids, she looked just as seasoned – She did fabulous! Of course, we got a show picture taken, documenting this momentous occasion – She and Teddy ROCK!
