Today is bath day and all of the dogs got their scrub-a-dub-dub in the laundry tub, leaving them all fresh and clean smelling (thanks much to Isles of Dogs and their perfect pet oatmeal shampoo).
While Blue was getting her bath, I had to pause and take note of how grey she is getting. I see it rather quickly in the black coated ones but her beautiful steel blue shade took a bit longer to age. She is such a sweet girl – One who has been the nightmare catcher for Alexis since she was a little girl. Our sweet Blue has slept with her under the blankets since she was 6 months old. She may be greying in the face but she has the spunk of a young pup.
