Holy Guacamole! No matter how low the temps dropped to up here in Brooksviille this evening, there was so much excitement that we all stayed warm! First, today was the Owner-Handler competition so while Marg took Breed, Alexis and Boomer won Owner-Handler, bringing them to the ring first tonight for the Toy Group competition. There were quite a few entires in the group and I don’t know who was more excited when the judge point to our dynamic duo for a Group One placement!! Unfortunately, we had a ring conflict and didn’t make it back for Best in Show Owner-Handler but we were able to sneak in a visit with the Photographer for this awesome picture to capture the amazing moment!
We then quickly had to run to the Groups ring for the Toy Group where Alexis and Marg made their Groups debut. Even after such a very long day away from home, Marg was a real trooper and Alexis was a focused as ever. This was ver first outdoor Groups experience and come to find out, I think she prefers it!
