Here they all are after a full day to dry, fill their bellies with mommy’s milk and of course, lots and lots of sleep, the puppies are already on their way to plumpy weight gain. With six mouths to feed, I have been monitoring the puppies’ weights to make sure they are all getting enough and yes, that Barbie is able to keep up on her milk production.

She is taking it all in stride, an exert mommy that comfortably left to go downstairs and potty just hours after the whelping, knowing the pups would be there unscathed when she returned. She too is taking the high number of pups to tend to in stride. She is such an amazing mommy!
