Today was always the day that Bolt was going to his new forever family. We just had to work around a hurricane reschedule. We were supposed to be in Arcadia for a dog show this weekend but it got canceled because of the storm. The new plan was to meet at my home, which turned lemons into lemonade – Fred got to meet Bolt’s parents!
Harry will only be here for a a few more days so it was a perfect chance to meet Bolt’s dad. And I can tell you it was so sweet to watch Bolt warm up to his new forever buddy. It didn’t take but 5 minutes and he was already in his lap. These two are going to be awesome!
