I gave Treasure a luxurious bath this afternoon, with shampoo, conditioner, smelly goods spray and a blow-dry too! After nursing Spike, cleaning up after him and of course, cuddling like only an awesome mommy can for the past 12 weeks, she earned the pampering, that’s for sure.
In addition to earning the spoils, she is also going back home with Rita at Cavahua Chihuahuas. With Teddy being her daddy, and of course, her and Eddie producing such a structurally sound puppy in Spike, Treasure is going back to help her expand her own program. So very cool! We will miss her terribly, but knowing we get to see her often warms the heart!
As a side note, I have to comment on how bewildered Spike was with all of his mommy’s antics before she got her blow-dry treatment. Running around the living room, rubbing against furniture and splashing water with every step. I am here to tell you Spike – YOU’RE NEXT!
